Contraction Monitor is a specialized tool for expectant mothers to monitor contractions during pregnancy.

Regular contractions are a crucial indicator of labor. As the significant moment approaches, the duration and intensity of contractions tend to increase while the intervals shorten. True labor follows a distinct pattern in the behavior of contractions, making it essential to monitor them closely to differentiate between real and 'false' labor. Visualizing the duration and frequency of contractions through graphs aids in understanding their progression.

The app is straightforward to use: simply start tracking with a button press at the beginning of a contraction and press again when it ends. Contraction Monitor then records key details such as start time, end time, duration, frequency, and intensity.
